Towanda Public Library Annual Ice Cream Social – Thursday, July 25th, 2019 – 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Time for an enjoyable evening of music, ice cream, baked goods, water event, socializing, and having fun!!!!
Free Will Donation for Ice Cream and Baked Goods
El Dorado Municipal Band will be playing
Towanda Boy Scouts Troop 232 will present the colors
Towanda Fire Department will be spraying children (so wear or bring swimsuits or clothing to get wet and towels)
Friends of the Library will be raffling off a beautiful quilt in the gazebo area and given away that evening – $1.00 for 1 ticket or $5.00 for 6 tickets
Checks and or cash accepted

Summer Reading Program “A Universe of Stories”
Here is what is happening on July 10th, 2019, Wednesday for the Summer Reading Program(SRP) “A Universe of Stories” attendees.
After the 10:30am and 11:15 am sessions taught by Mrs. Shawna Mosier, we will have lunch. Please bring a side dish for the potluck. Around 12:30pm, the Towanda Fire Department will be here to spray the children with water, so please bring swimsuits or change of clothes and towels.
6pm we will meet you at the Towanda Public Pool for the pizza/pool/popsicles party for the attendees that have completed the reading program. We will accept completed reading forms by 5:30pm at the Towanda Public Library on Wednesday, July 10, 2019.
